You should be concerned if you see an innapropriate picture inside a room, but as of now, Ai-generated images can only be printed in Maker AI Dorm Rooms with a RR+ Subscription. The art you saw was most likely a common “hack” to print images on an art canvas.

If the room is not in your “Continue Playing” section of your watch, it is likely that the room was already private or recently was made private.
The image you saw was likely an inappropriate AI-generated photo created within Rec Room’s “AI Dorms” prior to the implementation of restrictions that prevent such images from being uploaded to rec.net or saved. Alternatively, it may have been a image scanned onto an in-game art canvas using Python code.
