Avatar studio item concept based on my favorite movie

I don’t have a PC or blender, but I have some UGC item concepts based on my favorite movie, Home, by Dreamworks Animation, based on The True Meaning of Smekday by Adam Rex. (Mr. Rex, If you’re seeing this, Hi, and I love your book so much!)

SUMMARY (If you’re living under a rock):

Oh, a Boov (Jim Parsons), whom’s species is trying to run away to Earth to hide from the Gorg, teams up with a teenage girl, Gratuity Tucci (Rihanna), to help find her mom (Jennifer Lopez.)

I think it’s an underrated movie, and it’s a pretty unique and fun movie, too. In fact, Home released a decade ago (3/27/2015), so I want to celebrate its 10th anniversary when it comes, and I made these UGC concepts with my makerpen.

  1. Boov Costume (Hat + Top + Belt)

Hat: Boov Beanie
Top: Boov Vest
Belt: Boov Pods

  1. Boov Nostricle Headphones.

  1. Boov Backpack

HOME MOVIE TRAILER FOR REFERENCE

If anyone with Avatar Studio sees this, I hope you get inspiration from this.

Another important thing, please try to avoid copyright just in case, because I don’t want anyone getting sued by Dreamworks.

Credits go to Dreamworks Animation, 20th Century Studios, and Adam Rex.

I also want to mention @Calmbee because she has a gallery to view UGC avatar items she made.

Oooo very interesting :grin::+1::sparkles:

May want to attempt to contact the creators of that character to be sure they’d be ok with having their character on RecRoom or negotiate with the creators.

Wouldn’t want the creator to be surprised that their character, IP, copyright like work, is on RecRoom without first being asked and ended up being taken down.

I’m actually pen pals with Adam Rex, and again, this is inspiration and fan work.

came here from your message, this is something i won’t make at all, given the circustances that it is literally IP owned by dreamworks which means that i wont be making this, as it would break copyright laws

I understand, and I recently put a notice on the document to try and avoid copyright so anyone doesn’t get sued. Heck, even Calmbee made a Squid Game soldier costume and she didn’t get any lawsuits.

Fun Fact, I’m actually Pen Pals with Adam Rex, the author of the True Meaning of Smekday.
