Rec room can you atleast look what the community wants even if the community is just kids This is the reason why people quit it’s because you add or delete what people don’t want

I don’t mind upgraded bean but my character looks like he is on meth when I have it turned on and I also don’t like how upgraded bean looks in general

My biggest issue with the Bean 2.0 is the animations for it.
I don’t like my avatar moving like it has limbs even though they’re not there.
If you guys would just make the torso stiff and/or give it the same animations as the Classic Bean I wouldn’t mind swapping over.

Change the animation of the bean, back to the bean animation then the full body one and I’d gladly switch over

As long as I get to continue using the leagacy bean I’m good. Permanently removing the legacy bean will definitely be up there on the horrible decisions that yall have made.

The only reason the majority of players are upgraded bean/FBA is because it is the NEW DEFAULT AVATAR, meaning any new player that joins rec room, is by default upgraded bean/FBA (rec room also switched all players to upgraded bean a few times. The only way for a new player to find the classic bean avatar option is if they happen to stumble across it in the settings/or ask someone who knows how)

The upgraded bean animations are terrible, more so Vr players, why do Vr players need animations (sliding/walking/running), they are already a human controlling their own movements?
what a joke.
Conclusion: Keep classic bean as an option (just leave it in the settings as is). Us OG players feel like our territory is being invaded by removing classic bean.

Why not have an option in settings to turn on or off animation for the new bean since many people don’t like how it looks?

are you trying to lose players? tbh i thought it got bad with full body avatars, now getting rid of classic bean? i don’t personally use it because my avatar items FORCE me to use new bean, but a bunch of my friends use classic bean and are going to lose it over this. hate to say it, but you’re about to get a ton of hate for this. the solution: don’t force players to use new bean with ugc items and rro clothing, just let us have both in harmony!

As a recroom creator and older player. I believe it is either going to kill off many creators, or recroom will die out in the RP Community due to this, which I am going to say this now, Military RPs may be hated but I feel the majority of players play them. Changing everyone to this is just likely a play on recroom to slowly push towards only having full body in the future, if theres one past Q2. Removing this will kill off creators in the Bean Body Dummy. Due to… Unsupported Dummies, Which guess what, any previously bought outfits and such will be done for, so either recroom has to fix them on New Bean or refund possibly MILLIONS of dollars worth of tokens. And I say it should be directly from recroom. If we buy things and use them for years. and We love them, why rip it away forcefully instead of making the new “Better Bean” work with things we consider better. Sometimes Recroom gotta face their past instead of the future, what brought up recroom. Creativity, UGC isnt creative or Skillful most of the time, seeing as I can JUST POSSIBLY find the exact assets someone stole. As well as this will screw over recroom more than it already is, seeing as recroom is allowing COPYRIGHTED costumes into recroom (Not like Inventions, the UGC is directly accepted by RR, and are all posted on fridays.)
So. Many things will change if recroom does this. A huge community going to ACTUAL Competitors who don’t change much. losing money via RR+ and token purchases being done less. and so they gain less money.
If you wish to add this crappy body which is very dumb regarding animations due to them PHASING through costume dummies. If it ain’t broke don’t “Fix” it, we dont need more animations we need better functionality, A single permanent menu that isn’t inefficient, a grocery store psych model, or ugly. As well as new mechanics and chips that ACTUALLY activate creativity, this is a social creation game, keep it that way, I believe honestly Studio was the start of Recrooms downfall as well as a peak era, right before money grabber simulators and such got to it. Honestly, start restricting it like a dictatorship.

Why ? Im playing also VR. So why ?
Why? VR players jump and slide too.
Unless the VR player is on a treadmill they still need animations for walking and jumping. You don’t literally walk and jump in your house much. Have you ever used VR? It kind of sounds like you haven’t.

Trust me is not that bad so player has already switched to FBA or new bean (Mostly FBA) But I think we should be Happy about this as it open to new doors such as make our body look different than the old ones as everyone look the same in old bean and not in New bean it makes us looked the same and new doesn’t! I think We should stop overreacting about it as New bean isn’t that bad I think you should mess around with the settings and Body features to make look like how you want to look!
