Have you tried subdividing your plane? If you’re using the Maker Pen, try splitting your floor into multiple smaller cubes. Mobile/Quest platforms use vertex lighting, which won’t work on large shapes/meshes with little to no subdivision.
I had the same Problem when I was creating a Game, When I was making the Game I was making the road very long, When I made the road too long, It was very shaded Into a black color, & It messed up the Game, But like @Jay said, Turning It into smaller sizes not Just one massive piece, It works because I tried it Before, Sadly I scrapped the Game Because of this Annoying little bug
Are you able to look into fixing this or adding more lighting options to devices like quest 3 and other platforms because they are higher end and they might be able handle more voxels (this lighting bug happens even on PC and all platforms)
