Maker AI was such a bad addition that it started tearing apart the community, lol. In hindsight, its true that it was poorly implemented and doesn’t belong in a creative space like Rec Room.
I personally tried using it myself in the contest for it to do very simple circuits and other things, but 9/10 times it would fail. At least it was nice talking to casually as a chatbot (which I believe that alone birthed Roomie).
I’m glad it’s gone. If I need to use AI, I have smarter models to ask than what we had.
