You may export your creations and rooms without relying on Rec Room Studio. Rec Room is currently developing an in-game tool to facilitate this process; however, it will be accessible only to PC users via Steam. This feature will be available within the coming days [about a week].
As for UGC items, you cannot export them without Rec Room Studio.
