It could be cool if you could rotate the camera by degrees using a chip, similar to how the Shake effect works but more customizable. so lets say your running and you want the camera to wobble up and down, you can set the camera to alternate between 0,0,0 to 0,-15,0.
where X is horizontal movement and Y is vertical movement (in this case, Z and X wont do anything.) and to make sure, limit the angle amount to -45 to 45 degrees for safety or something.
