Make skydome/fog constants be able to not be synced

So in rooms V2 there aren’t options to sync/unsync (synced by default) these constants but in rooms V1 its possible? I’d be nice to have these options in rooms V2 too.

Hi @POLISH_REDACTED it is unfortunate this was not a feature in the first place and it’s wild to me that the mood chips are forced to be synced.

However, this can be done in any room if you have RecRoom Studio.
