how do I get mod in rec room I have bin playing for 3 years now

Once in a blue moon, Moderation Applications are opened. These usually open during the summer on those occasions. You must be 18 or older, and have a clean moderation history for the past year.

However, I believe most recent efforts came from recommendations & surveillance from other moderators.

Yep, most moderations except for kicks I believe will count.

RecRoom will announce when they are looking for volunteer moderators in their discord server in the #announcments channel.

I don’t think I’ve never gotten a moderation, despite like 1-2 kicks cause I joined one of my friends while they where with other friends

As @Crogzyy said, The most recent recruitment of mod were all based on recommendation. Its all an inside job now unfortunately. If you want to be a mod nowadays. You need to have a good reputation with other vmods and staff. Gain some publicity. Just be cool and try to engage with the community more.
