When I got on to check if I could use the studio it said I’ve met the criteria but I don’t understand what it means

If you got banned recently (the past 90 days) , rec room studio wont work.
Also , if you’re under level 20 it wont work either.
You need to be over Level 20 and not get banned for 90 days
And It says I cant publish rooms
Only 5% of players can publish rooms right now but it will expand soon, so you just need to wait a while until you are included and keep checking the page.
