💻 Bring Desktop Share Screen in Rooms 2.0 – A Vital Tool for Creators!

We really need Desktop Share Screen in Rooms 2.0! :desktop_computer::sparkles:
This tool was so valuable in Rooms 1.0, and it’s something many of us creators, educators, and teams relied on heavily. Here’s why:

:graduation_cap: Creative Classes – Teaching becomes 10x easier when we can show slides, references, and walkthroughs in real time.
:framed_picture: Outlining Images – Perfect for art, building, and design-based lessons.
:bar_chart: Team Meetings – Collaborating on ideas and presenting visuals to others.
:light_bulb: Endless Possibilities – From game planning to storytelling and beyond!

It’s not just a convenience—it’s a core creative feature we’re missing in 2.0. :slightly_frowning_face:

And if you’re bringing it back (:folded_hands:), please improve the screen quality too! :soap::television: A clearer, smoother screen share would make a huge difference and create a more immersive, professional experience for all users.

As creators, we’re here to push the boundaries of what’s possible in Rec Room. Let us keep doing that—with the tools we need. :wrench::flexed_biceps:

I agree, the current Desktop Sharing Screen is capped at 2 fps and doesn’t exist in Rooms 2.

I’d also really like to see a comeback of the remote video player. Maybe a screen that does both would be nice.
