Add the "Player Get Account Level" and "Player Get Account Age" chips

this chip would help to mitigate hackers for the time being by letting creators access useful info of every player that joins. for example, a creator can us these age and level chips to determine whether to let the player stay, or to send them back to their dorm.

i made these as some examples, i came up with multiple variants for the account age, personally i think the middle one is the most efficient.

even though i really would like these circuits to be added, i would also be fine with a setting in the room settings to set a minimum level and account age requirement to join your room.

That would actually be helpful for a few other things as well if you think about it. Such as only allowing players of a certain level to access certain things in a room.
