Add a permission allowing developers to log moderation actions in-game

FUNCTIONS

Logs a player’s moderation and feedback actions.

This lets devs know

  • Who deleted/replied (request coming soon) the comments
  • Who banned the offending player
    etc.

WHY DOES IT MATTER

One of the games that i work on ( ^Infinite_Ink_Sandbox ) has suffered with moderation purges left and right after we almost retrieved everything we have lost, this update is a few missed steps in the right direction.

After each purge, we do not have anything else to do but start from the beginning, removing everybody from our team and cherry-picking each one that will fit.

  1. Room bans do let you see who banned the player, but only the most recent player. I do agree, there should be an audit log for seeing who banned who and when

  2. Comments in a room being wiped can sometimes be a RecRoom bug, I have no idea if its been fixed and you do actually have moderators deleting comments, but back in ^HotBomber I’ve had it several times where the room comments were wiped without anyone doing anything
