Unity Shader Graph or HLSL for shaders in studio

We are starved of shaders. The only one available is the water shader, which is nice, but it would be nice to get custom shaders. Things like magic, non-cartoony water, animated skyboxes, cel shading, and many other basic effects need shaders.

Yeah sort of like a barebones shader graph that can account for low and high end graphics players!
