On the Badges page, you can see the badges you currently have. It would be great to see ALL the possible badges I can earn. Right now I have to post, reply, and engage to see which badges I might get. I suggest that the badges I don’t have are to be displayed at the bottom of the Badges page in a darker tone, showing that I haven’t earned them yet. Also, these unearned badges should be hidden from others when they are viewing my profile. Only showing the ones I already have.

Maybe I’m a bit confused by what this post is asking but there is a viewable tab that shows you all your earned badges as checkmarked and others listed alongside them.
Additionally I can see what badges you have earned excluding the badges you don’t own yet.
Can you clarify what you mean by:

When I posted this I wanted a way to view all the available badges to earn, not realizing that you can already see them. @NGCreate, I said that, “Right now, I have to post, reply, and engage to see which badges I might earn” because at the time, I didn’t know that you could already see all the badges and I was talking about the fact that I needed to do those actions to figure out what badges I could earn, not knowing that the full list of badges was already available to view.
If you click on the three lines, you’ll find the Badges button. Press that, and you’ll be able to see all the badges you can earn and the ones you’ve already unlocked 
There’s no good way to do this in our Forums. I can see them in Admin but like that’s it. I will say we haven’t done a ton of custom badge work yet. So this list is fairly accurate. Discourse Demo
