hey just quick question will RRAS be available to ALL players when released, wether they have a PC or mac with RRS?

Yep, somehow and it’s going to take a long time
In an AMA RecRoom stated that it’s unlikely that RRS(RecRoom Studio) and perhaps by extension RRAS(RecRoom Avatar Studio) will be coming to macintosh before RecRoom is available on that platform. Same goes for linux, however it will be available on windows PC.
RRAS is a modified blender application, so you can already download it and playaround with the tool, you just wont have any of the presets, tools and armatures that RRAS will provide when it’s fully released to everyone in the future.
Proton is something that allows the Steam Deck (and other Linux systems) to run games, including ones using EAC due to EAC currently being compatible with Linux
However, Rec Room currently has EAC set up only for Windows, meaning that using Linux / Steam Deck makes it possible for you to get banned.
