Reproduction Steps
spawn a play particle vfx at position chip then attach a particle vfx constant to it and configure it to any particle turn synced on then it will randomly error when executing it

it can happen while with other players or alone i dont know if turning synced on has anything to do with it or if being in a player definition board has anything to do with it
