Lagging in rooms 2 when player dose a action

Okay so pretty much, im supposed to have this PVP type game out tomorrow. However when i beta tested the game, players always lagged when they shot their gun. I tried everything, from making the guns run through authority, to even making them local. And without fail, players lag.

The guns are pretty much all studio other than the projectile launcher. They have muzzle flashes, animations, and sound effects. And i thought that maybe the muzzle flash was to high quality, so i compressed it down a lot, but still had the same issue.

I took a video of it, But it seems as if im not able to upload it here. So i cant give yall a visual.

Is this just rooms 2 being bad, or is there a way to fix this?
