This has been suggested many times before, however here it is again.
Default port options, the ability to set any type of value in any port if it’s allowed. For example, “vector scale” has an option for floats and integers, if a feature was added where you can select what type of variable option you want to use, then set that ports value, it would be immensely helpful for ports that are missing that option.
This would also save many people from being traumatized by circuits, mainly the “list create” chip. If you accidentally disconnect one of the ports keeping the list create defaulted to a string, it would clear EVERYTHING inside the list create’s ports.
