Reproduction Steps
- Enter the Rec Rally, 2. Wait for other players, 3. Start the game, 4. And voila! Some players are not at the start, but ahead.

Hello everybody! I want to report this issue at the Rec Rally. Lately, I’ve been a little annoyed when, during the start, players teleport away from the start and take the first place. I want you to fix this problem somehow. Also, the skins for cars do not work as desired, the skin with a dark green color is bad.
