in rooms-1 it would be a lot easier to build cool things if there was a way to change the opacity of an object with a new tool or an additional slider to the recolor tool.
same thing with brightness in the neon material, I just want a way to make the neon material less bright.

I think they’ve commented on this kind of thing a few times, apparently it’s aloooot more intense on the game to have transparency in non-basic things like that. I do believe that sort of thing is possible with RRS though so i dunno, it also comes down to how much can they trust the playerbase to use it a responsible amount i guess? Because with those sort of things there’s a good chance the community will beg and beg and beg and then when they get access to it and it doesn’t work as smoothly as they’d like after using it on like 100 objects they complain about how bad it is and hate on the game. The same thing happened with RRS itself, Rec Room made it clear that you need to be mindful of how much content you put in a room with it, people waayyyyy overdid it, people got pissy with Rec Room for how poorly their rooms of like a mountain of million-plus vertices objects would run.
