Rooms 2.0 room save file's always end up corrupt

Seems to happen in any rooms 2.0 room

Description

I don’t make rooms using rooms 2.0 because every time I try to use it, it’s just a matter of time when the room’s save file gets corrupted and no-longer lets me load the room in anymore. It just randomly has a chance of happening when saving the room. I sort of consider this a major game breaking bug removing my ability to use rooms 2.0 which stinks cause rooms v2 offers more advanced options in your rooms and a double token room reward bonus.

This is scary! I haven’t experienced this myself again with Rooms 2.0 yet, but I may start making copies of my rooms as backups in case this does happen.

I suggest contacting zendesk support to help you more directly to recover your room.

Did you say you’re using a quest 1? I didn’t think rec room supported quest 1

It doesn’t but he mentioned using it with PCVR, so he should be fine since he’s just running RecRoom through SteamVR.

Yes but he’s using PCVR, Oculus Link I suppose…

Yup, I have to pull out the old generator and pump it up with gas to run the old dinosaur oculus quest.

That happened to me too but it was fixed ramdomly
