Reproduction Steps

I was making my game project until my game crash

Recover the save file in the “Load Version” tab.

Room becomes noticeably more laggy after recovery, even without adding anything new.

Description

After recovering a saved version of my Rooms 2.0 project, I noticed that every time I pull out my maker pen, it causes more lag than before. It’s very frustrating and emotionally disheartening because saving should offer peace of mind, not make things worse. Every time I recover from a save, the room’s lag gets worse, making it hard to keep working on my project.

Oh man I feel you so bad. I am seriously waiting for rec room to fix this, glad I’m not alone. When I let go of my makerpen it takes ages for the screen to unfreeze and dont let me get started about the loading times. Hope whatever you are making turns out great.
