So I have has full access to RRS for a while now. I used a USB to install RRS dependencies. However, Rec Room Studio keeps on saying I haven’t installed the Unity version I need (even though I have it).
It might be a mix of my very low quality laptop and the fact that I downloaded the Unity version off of the website instead of the Unity Hub, but just please can someone help me?
Try this, go to: Start Your Creative Projects and Download the Unity Hub | Unity and download the unity hub.
From there, install the specific version that RecRoom Studio requires which is unity 2021.3.29f1
Now download RecRoom studio from Rec.Net: Rec Room Studio
Open the launcher, and let it do it’s thing. Follow the directions to install RRS to your computer, from there it should be able to find your RecRoom studio project next time you open it.
