New Way to Implement weekly's to be more UGC Friendly

The way old weekly challenges were meant for a game that was somewhat more focused on how many players were playing the RROs and you could reward them for playing those accordingly. The main reason they were taken out of the game was that more players were focused on playing UGC content than the RROs and some players did not know what the “Weeklys” was.

So what you could do to make them more UGC is have players be able to submit UGC content made by Avatar Studio to have a chance to be a weekly, and for the challenges you could have players submit rooms to be a weekly challenge. Whether it be staying in a room for 10-15 minutes, or completing something within the game. You could give players a new circuit to allow completion of the weekly. One could stay in the room for 15 minutes, or one could be for more circuit-oriented players and have them be able to execute the circuit once they complete the objective.

I feel that it would be a new way to do weekly challenges without as much effort as having to make a new weekly every week and would also give new creators more recognition and visibility with the ability to grow to become a larger creator within RecRoom.

And what if Rec Room sends a notification about the Current UGC Weekly Challenge so that most players can play the game for the weekly, thus equals more friends!

true. If you like this Idea please upvote so it gets recognized.

Olay not a bad idea just the amount of people having to add the circuit and what if the room doesnt have a goal? That’s what RROs are meant for, they have their own goals so id say for the players that aren’t playing RROs just send out an in-game announcement and a youtube vid on explaining weeklies again if they add it back the original way or that way too

Well for rooms like hangout rooms you’d have one to spend time in the room. Say like spend 15 minutes in the room.
