My Rec Room Bio isn’t Updating

When I try to update my Rec Room bio, I receive an error message, and the update doesn’t go through. I’ve tried on multiple platforms including Rec.net, iOS, and VR, but it doesn’t update every single time.

It must be a client issue, try to put a ticket in zendesk.

Can protentially be that you have recently had moderation action against your account.

If you’re unsure if you had been moderated, you’d want to consider submitting a zendesk ticket.

But as of this reply was made, December 30th, 2024, RecRoom is only accepting critical tickets, may need to wait when they’ll open their ticket desk after January 3rd, 2025.

Probably consider trying to set your bio every now and then, and then right before you’re submit your ticket, try once again, incase your moderation action against your account may have finally decayed and allows you to change it again.
