Thanks for the report! we’re looking into these reports of issues arising since the last update. I assume this issue started for you after the most recent update late Monday night (PT)?
you can send in the log file here https://recroom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or if you only crash to your dorm you can send it in via Settings > Misc > scroll down > Bug Report. Let us know once you’ve sent in a log file using one of these methods then we can take a better look at what might be causing the issue!
