The Rec Room maker pen palette only has 25 materials, I think we should get more to maximize creative potential. Some suggestions: Polished wood (shiny wood grain), polished wood floor (shiny wood floor), woven cloth (like a sweater), flat (smooth texture, not effected by any light or reflections), rusty metal, concrete (like sidewalk concrete but without the occasional lines across it), toon/cel (outlined at the edges depending on your angle, outline color could be changed with configure), corrugated metal, brick (non painted, has mortar between bricks), leaves, old pained drywall (cracked and chipping paint), rough metal, rubber (like tires, not really shiny), and tiles.

Good ideas for materials. Good for people that don’t use Rec room studio. other ideas can be tarmac (used for roads) ,more wood textures for example oak or spruce , also for non RRS users 3D textures.
I agree, its not really a priority for me, but if it is possible, it would be nice.
I also made a post about more materials (and shapes)
Why not let people draw their own textures? Sure people can draw things against the rules, but they are against the rules so they can get reported. It can be like the custom shirt whiteboard thing.
I like this, but maybe also include materials that have been added to the room via RRS along with adding your suggestions?
