like if a room has a certain amount of visits it doesn’t have voice moderation but after a certain amount like 10k room visits its optional to have it

What is the utility in this? I feel as if voice moderation is only an improvement for public spaces & moderation.
If you want to have more spicy conversations that include words that might get flagged by voice moderation, go to a private version of whatever room your in!
Otherwise I’m a tad confused by your post - is there something I’m missing here?
This would convolute a lot of things. Voice moderation is game-wide, not per-room. You can’t disable a game-wide feature. Also, doing this would do what I like to call “pull a VRChat” and have certain rooms be full of people who play ^Park (aka people who act like VRChat players in terms of language and behavior, but in the body of a 9 year old kid)
