To add onto what @TheSwordBlade said, there’s not really a way to make this “safer”. You need to trust who you are transferring ownership to of your room in RecRoom.
RecRoom has stated numerous times they will not resolve player disputes. It’s almost impossible to get the whole context of the transaction and more so to make a valid judgment call afterwards.
If your room has been stolen or you feel you were misguided in a transaction or transfer you can still try and recover your room through zendesk. https://recroom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Explain in detail what occurred and RecRoom may be able to help you, it’s also best to make aware of those bad actors to them. Some people are simply heartless and steal maps for whatever reason, and if RecRoom see’s them as a continuous problem, they will take action.
