I encountered this bug while inside of one of my project worlds at first, where when I tried to save an invention via either the selection tool, update existing invention tool, or by using the make invention tool, and every time it wouldn’t let me create a new invention.
Description
Every time I attempt to create an invention using the maker pen by using the make invention, selection, or update invention tools, the process always goes up the the point where I take a picture, where after taking the picture, my maker pen appears in front of me, and one of two things happens. If I grab the maker pen, it will pop up an “Invention Selection Cancelled” or if I don’t, and I let the maker pen float, it will pop up a “Invention Selection Failed” notification after 5-10 seconds. I created an alternative account, and at first it functioned like normal, not running into any issues, until I turned on my computer the next day and it stopped working, and began doing the same thing again. I created another alternate account, but now it doesn’t even let me enter the invention selection process, and creates a watch screen pop up that says “Error, Invention creation failed” with a blue button below it. Another thing is that none of my friends are having the same issue. I have also tried it on quest standalone to the same error. I am on a meta quest 2 linked to a PC running Steamvr.
