There’s currently no way to directly unpack a circuit board. (which would be really nice)
The best thing you can do now however is copy all the circuits inside of it and paste it outside of the circuit board. Here’s a quick video showing you how.

However, note that the clipboard your copied data goes into does not save!! Make sure to do what you need to whilst in the same instance!
