When in a big event sometimes the event will become bugged where nobody else can join and for other players it’ll say “full” even though the room is not max players.

Yup! I’ve been having the same problem Rooms becoming "full", when there are much less players then the maximum

The events ability took a nap.

Seriously though, it’s a miscalculation. It might set the maximum to some number in the 30’s if that’s where your current instance’s player count is at.

If you are planning on making a event for something huge, I’d say 35 people is a maximum. (Personal opinion, of course. Run your events as you please.)
