Hello Rec Room Team,
I’d like to share an idea that could really improve organization for creators: folders for games. For example, if someone has a large number of rooms—say 30 or more—it can quickly feel cluttered and difficult to manage. These rooms might also vary in theme or purpose, such as PvP games versus social hangouts. Introducing a folder system would allow creators to categorize their rooms more efficiently, making it easier to stay organized and navigate their projects.
I’ve really wanted this feature before but i tend to refer to it as “Playlists”; sounds more catchy and would tie in to a feature i’d love for it to have where you can share your playlist with other people! I would love to see a real horror enthusiast go around and find the best horror maps and then compile them into a playlist to share around to people! I think it would be a wonderful way to bring more attention to rooms that weren’t as lucky in getting swept up to the top by the algorithm!
