I think it’s a permission bug because I wasn’t able to print photos either until I turned print photos off and back on under the Creator Permission Settings. Right after I fixed the printed photos, I wasn’t able to save inventions anymore. I’ve tried doing the same process with photos where I turn off “can save inventions”, and turning it back on but it still doesn’t allow me to save inventions and neither can anyone else who’s tried it.
I know roles override permissions and I’ve checked the roles to see if the ones I have are turned off for saving inventions and they’re not. I’ve even tried deleting all the role chips in the room and saving, then going to a new instance, and even after all that I still can’t save inventions.
It’s crazy cause just yesterday I was saving inventions without any issues and today it’s not letting me. It’ll let me select what I want to make into an invention, name the invention, but as soon as I go to take a picture of the invention it says cannot save invention ERROR

Room Ownership:
Ensure that you are the owner of the room or have the necessary permissions to save inventions. Sometimes, permissions can be overridden by the room’s ownership settings.
Reboot the Game:
Completely close Rec Room and restart it. This can help refresh any settings or permissions that may not have been applied correctly.
Check for Updates:
Make sure that Rec Room is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in updates that can resolve issues like this.
Test in a New Room:
Create a new room and see if you can save inventions there. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your current room.
