I’ve had this happen to me before.
I reached out to RecRoom about this issue 4 months ago on a room that was public that experienced this issue.
It started out of the blue after an update, and it lasted 3 months. During that time I was in contact with RecRoom through zendesk providing them what I could, after the long wait, they informed me of the following:
When fixing bugs, we typically aim to resolve the issue for as many players as possible, which can take time. We usually don’t provide live updates on bug reports because they can be quite technical and can take the team away from resolving the issue.
From what I gather, there was a bit of a hiccup with variables and templates. While it might not seem like much has changed on your end, several team members have worked diligently to sort this out for you.
From this, I’m unsure whether or not they resolved this issue for myself only, or a systematic resolution but it’s apparent this is still ongoing as your issue perfectly matches my experience.
Don’t worry, your circuits are still there in the cloud, but they are inaccessible, when my room was finally recovered it went back to functioning as normal. Hope this helps, I highly suggest you create a support ticket!
